The food was very good considering it was a chain restaurant. The servers knew the dishes well and were very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable as well. No pics, I already finished eating.. lol.

A local spot for me to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner Caribbean style. There are usually many options in food, drinks and desserts. Additionally, I love that they play upbeat gospel/ Christian music ♥️. Dutch Pot… bless up every time.

My first time at this location. The woman at the drive through asked me to repeat my order 5 times. When I got to the window the lady at the window asked me my order again, after repeating it seconds before. She had an attitude didn't greet me and just rudely handed me my bag. The rice was hard all the oxtail was tiny and they didn't put gravy on my rice on both oxtail meals. I spent $65 dollars for horrible service and old food. I will not be going back to this location ever again!

Foodie and budding critic in the making: I will continue to follow and review this establishment till there's improvement. 2/18 approximately 1pm. Ever seen a tough plantain stub? Well here's one for you. Came with a large fried chicken. Here's the small bumps of cowfoot from a large. Rice full of many lumps. What does that mean? Not freshly made. _______________ I followed the hype of how good this establishment is. Did not live up to expectations! Tariffs have hit everyone. While placing my order, I inquired if the sold meats by the pound. Answer was yes. I asked for half pound of stew peas. Price of this small stewpeas by half a pound is almost $10! By the way, it weighed 5ozs. I actually weighed it. I.did.not see the server weigh it. Maybe the scale.need calibration. Food by the pound is.supposed to be weighed. That's completely unacceptable. If it was weighed, fix your scale. And, thank you Lord for making bountiful peas, lots of peas. Lots of fat. Small.soup was just a mini. 1 spinner and.l.tiny piece of meat. Maybe the server was having a stingy day?? Firs time I've had bad plantains; tough and obviously not ripe. Brown stew chicken is ALL CHICKEN BAC

Since Dutch Pot opened their Lauderdale Lakes location five years ago, it has grown into a popular eatery, especially known for its takeaway service. Over the past few months, I’ve sampled my favorite Jamaican dish—Curry Chicken with rice and peas—at various Jamaican restaurants. I can confidently say that today’s meal ranks among the best I’ve had. For a very reasonable $6.69, I enjoyed a medium portion that came with spinner dumplings, plantain, and salad. Parking was easy to find, and the staff were polite and professional throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience!
